My Studio

This is my first painting of my studio. This painting is an initial glimpse into my studio and my mind and my love. When I get into my studio it is like coming home. That said, I paint like I'm having a dual with the canvas as to whether the blank canvas will let me show my feelings, voice and life force onto it. I'm not happy enough when the canvas stays blank and my true voice and life force remain stifled. I love my studio and most of the time it loves me. This painting aims to show that my Art is a love of mine and as you would expect with a lover and in your life you have ups and downs. I have a relationship with my art, generally a good one.
